Just a short note to let you know that Percy the young pigeon has now been nursed back to health and he has flown the 'nest' or cat box where he was living. He was given 'outside time' in the garden where he wandered round and ate wild bird seed. Percy was obviously very happy with the treatment he received as he is a regular visitor in the garden.

Thanks for the very prompt reaction to our call out for an injured, Jay bird. All dealt with in a very professional manner. Hoping the Jay bird makes a full recovery and successful release back to the woods.

So glad to have found you.. wish I had known about you before when I needed assistance with injured wildlife.. but was refused assistance by a rather uncaring national 'welfare' group.. your number is now programmed into my fone..

Thank you for your kind comments Andrew. The seal (weaned Grey pup) was transported to the SSPCA Seal Treatment unit at Inverkeithing by Inspector Steven Gray, where it will receive the best of care from their care team. This type of incident is sadly on the increase as some fishermen disgard netting over the side of the boat with no regard to the damage that can be done to both seals and cetaceans. If it was'nt for caring folks like yourself Andrew these animals suffer a horrible death.

Well done Gareth and Bruce I was well impressed with your work saving the little grey seal pup, caught up in a piece of fishermans net, from imminent death by drowning from the rising tide. Cute wee thing, I hope it makes a full recovery - its in good hands!

I would like to thank you for coming out to help an injured Buzzard in my garden. I called a major Scottish animal welfare group who didnt seam to be interested and just didnt help. It was reassuring to speak to someone who cared, offer first aid advice and to know that help was on its way. Thanks again to you all.
