7 Jul 2007 - Happy Family

A few weeks ago we reported in our Wildlife Casualties page about a breeding pair of mute swans which had constructed their nest on a busy slipway at David Anderson Marine yard, Newport on Tay.

We are happy to report that the eggs have hatched and as you can see both parents and cygnets are doing well.

An excellent example of man and nature working together.

Thanks to Ken Bushe from MVS Tay for this lovely photograph.
